COLIN BAKER
Pastor  

Colin is married to Alison and has 3 grown up children and 1 grandchild. Colin comes to us after 14 successful years of ministry in Grays Thurrock and 4 years church planting in Scotland. His passion is to introduce people to Jesus, encourage those who already know Him and serve the area through building creative and positive relationships with community members and leaders.

SUE CANTWELL
Secretary 

Sue is the church secretary, plays piano in the band and is one of the worship leaders. Sue works freelance in consumer research and public consultation and is married to Steve. They have two grown-up children and two grandsons.

RICHARD WILSON
Treasurer  

Richard looks after the church’s finances, ensuring we are doing the right things with the money that has been given to us. Richard is married to Tamsyn and they have two children.  

ANDREW BLACKBAND
Children and Youth

Andrew oversees our children and youth work, he is a business analyst, is married to Heather and they have two children.

ROGER HORSMAN

Roger is a retired BT engineer and leader of one of our home groups, he is married to Julia and they have four adult children.

SHANE LOWINGS
Men’s Work

Shane has a passion for restoring the hearts of men to God. He is one of the worship leaders and is married to Claudine. They have a son and daughter and are from South Africa.

ROB SPROULE
Redevelopment

Rob is leading the church redevelopment project; he’s married to Rosemary, they have one grown up son and two gorgeous granddaughters. Rob works as an interim IT manager, taking on Programme Management and IT Director roles.
