Revd Steve and Anita Prince share how being secure in Christ enables us to navigate the most challenging circumstances. Our security comes from knowing we are a child of God, adopted into his family; we have a glorious destiny, far beyond any suffering we endure here on earth; we have a glorious hope, a certainty of our future; God is working in all things together for our good and to reveal Jesus in us and through us. He is continually weaving the strands of our lives together beautifully.

Paul Rhodes brings his series on the promises made to Abram to a conclusion by looking to the end times. God will fulfil His promises to restore the Jewish nation and graft them back into the tree of faith, creating a unified church of jews and gentiles, who by faith, believe and have received the messiah. In his second part of The Promises to Abram series, Paul Rhodes delves deeper into the conditional promise God made to his people – they would inhabit their promised land, providing they remained faithful to him. We see how God’s people were persistently unfaithful, they divided into two, Judah and ten tribes of the north, Israel. In AD 70, the Romans attacked Jerusalem and destroyed the temple. The rejection of the Messiah resulted in God’s people being exiled for almost 2,000 years.

Paul Rhodes discusses the conditional and unconditional promises that God made to Abram, with insight to how these promises applied to Abram and his future generations - including our generation.

The resurrection of Christ enabled a new birth and living hope for all those who believe. Revd Graham Coldman describes us as living in two stories - the world we see and experience going on around us and the reality of what Chris won through his work on the cross and resurrection - new birth and living hope. True joy comes from being rooted in Christ, hearing and listening to God's voice and building our security in Him. Vicki gives us three keys to building joy in our lives - Worship, reading the Bible & Prayer.

Revd Clare Hooper discusses how God's plan from beginning of time was for a diverse family, made in the living image of God. This is reaffirmed when the Holy Spirit fell upon the people of God in Acts 2 and finally the image in Rev 7 of God's people around his throne - God's gift of life is for all mankind, every tongue, tribe and nation. We need to take hold of God's intention and make it a reality within our own local church community.

Revd. Billy Fenning takes us through Matthew 6 v25-31, showing how we can overcome fear and anxiety by trusting in the Spirit and the Word, and that what we face today wll not be what we face tomorrow.

Revd Steve Prince sets out practical advice on how to effectively implement the practice of “Living in the Radical Middle” - following Jesus and His teachings by avoiding extreme, divisive, or legalistic stances while focusing on loving, relational, and, at the same time, doctrinally-sound, transformative action.
