This summer, you can be part of the olympic dream as the Churches in Caversham get you “On Your Marks”.

The Summer Holiday club starts on the 23rd July but to ensure this happens we need you to be part of it.

Watch the video above, download it if you want to, but above all can you be part of it. There will be many jobs you can do from registration, craft activities, refreshments and leading teams.

Will you step up to the plate and take on the baton. Will your flame burn bright this summer in Caversham. And many more Olympic cliches can be had!

Time 4 U

Time 4 U….and fun for your children! Do you need some time for you? Somewhere to meet other parents to chat and relax. Somewhere the children can play and have fun? Then come along to Time 4 U! Time 4 U meets in the upper hall at Caversham Baptist Church every Wednesday during term time from 10.00am to 11.30am. The group is aimed at anyone looking after pre-school children, whether parent, grandparent, childminder or nanny. If you are at home during the day and your children are at preschool or school then you are welcome to come along too! Each week there will be drinks ...

Friday Lunches

Every Friday lunch time Caversham Baptist Church opens it's doors to the community, for lunch. Come along between 12.15 and 1.30 for a fantastic three course lunch which won't break the bank, and have an opportunity to meet your friends or to make new ones in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You will find our menu has a lot to offer and our friendly team of servers will always be there to take your order, or if you want to just be a listening ear. So, every Friday from 12.15 make a date for Lunch with Caversham Baptist Church.

Messy Church

The last Sunday of each month is a time for the family to come along and enjoy making, sticking, glueing and painting as we visit some of the famous bible stories and then have tea together. It's a chance for all the family to get involved in making things and hearing the bibe come alive through, song and story telling. Each month we have a different theme and a different tea.
