Time 4 U is a chance for you to take a little time for yourself in amongst your busy week. A chance to get a coffee, a biscuit and talk to friends.
A fun-time group is provided for the children, so while you enjoy your coffee and a chance to relax your little ones have a chance to play in our well provided creche area.
Time 4 U offers a full programme of events from local experts providing information about the area, to parenting skills.
